Geoff Cosgriff

Geoff Cosgriff is the founder of Infocos Pty Ltd and personally oversees or delivers all coaching and mentoring engagements.

Geoff has more than ten years experience as a Non-Executive Director in publicly listed companies and private companies including Chairman/Member of Remuneration, Risk Management and Audit Committees. His business management career includes ten years as Managing Director of a technology based company as well as leadership roles in government authorities, private companies and listed public companies.

Geoff utilizes his experience with ASX listed companies and business management experience to support the Managing Director with strategic planning, remunerations frameworks, sales strategy, management structures, business processes and risk management.

Geoff is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Panel of Coaches and Mentors and a Council Member for Leadership Victoria. He has a Company Director Diploma, is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers Australia, Fellow of the AICD and member of World President's Organisation.
